Welcome
The Behavioral and Dental Health Expansion grant is a $2m state-appropriated non-recurring funding for expanding behavioral health and dental services.
The 2023-2024 Notification of Funding Availability for the Behavioral and Dental Health Expansion Grant is now live and can be found by clicking here. This funding program is available to all FAFCC full members in good standing. The Notification of Funding Availability (NOFA) along with all the details and information related to the instruction and steps in completing a grant application will be housed and available here on our FAFCC website.
Grant Deadline Update
FAFCC clinic members desiring to apply for a grant must complete the official Grant Application. Submitted applications must include all required attachments by Friday, August 25th, 2023.
Grant Application
The grant application will be made available through our new salesforce platform once the Notification of Availability is Approved. For the time being a pdf copy of the application can be found here.
Award Notices
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, award letters will be sent with a notice of award on Friday, September 15th, 2023. Organizations that are awarded funding will receive a link to the Grant Agreement from DropBox Sign on September 18th, 2023. Awardees are required to review, sign, and submit the Executed Grant Agreement by Monday, September 25th, 2023. Please note, grantseekers are NOT guaranteed funding as this is a competitive grant process.
