Day at the Capitol

The association's network will be crucial to our efforts in seeking an additional appropriation and policy updates. In order to create the most impact, the Public Policy Committee cordially invites you to the 2023 Day at the Capitol, taking place from March 29th-30th.

This year's event will feature a welcome reception on Wednesday, March 29th at 5:30 pm, a policy breakfast on Thursday, March 30th at 8:00 am, and most importantly meetings with legislators and media interviews focused on generating goodwill and support for our sector and FAFCC priorities. The final schedule will be sent to registered attendees at a later date, but please see the tentative schedule below:

2:00 pm - FAFCC Board of Directors Meeting (Board of Directors Only)

5:30 pm - FAFCC Reception, Poco Vino Wine Bar & Market

Thursday, March 30th, 2023

8:30 am - Breakfast, Governor's Club

10:00 am - Meet with your legislators at the Capitol

This year’s room block will be at Aloft Tallahassee Downtown, located at 200 N Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301. The room block rate is $309/night and a $15/day parking rate.
