Our mission is to provide high-quality, no-cost medical care for uninsured children, adults, and families, including the working uninsured, ALICE households, Veterans, and individuals facing healthcare barriers and financial challenges.
As a mobile clinic, we eliminate barriers and bridge gaps in care by bringing essential medical services directly into rural and underserved communities, meeting patients where they are. By removing the stress of cost and access, offering after-hours clinics, and providing care for the entire family, we make healthcare more accessible and inclusive.
Our holistic approach focuses on treating the whole person and addressing root causes rather than just symptoms. We provide preventive care and health education that empowers individuals to advocate for their well-being and take control of their health. Together, we are creating healthier communities across Northeast Florida, reducing ER visits, easing hospital strain, saving healthcare dollars, and improving the quality of life for future generations.
