Transitioning to a Full Voting Member
In order to qualify as a Full Voting Member, an organization must complete at least twelve consecutive months as an Associate Member. The associate member must submit an application at least one month prior to their 12 month tenure, which will then be reviewed by the membership committee and may involve interviews and/or clinic site visits. In order to obtain full membership. the clinic must be approved by the board of directors.
Once a clinic becomes a full voting member, the organization is entitled to one vote on any matters brought forth to the membership, will be eligible to apply for grants managed by the association, and will transition to a tiered dues structure based on annual operating budget.
