Polly Ward
Dental Clinic Manager
Homeless Empowerment Program Dental and Wellness Clinic
Professional Bio
I’ve been a dental hygienist for over 27 years and have always loved working in this field. I earned my bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene and later completed a master’s degree in public health. For 12 years, I worked as the lead hygienist and office manager at a private dental practice, where I gained a lot of experience in both patient care and running a clinic.
After finishing my public health degree, I felt called to do more for people who don’t have easy access to dental care. I spent a year working at a federally qualified health center before joining HEP as the Dental Clinic Manager in 2025. In my current role, I oversee daily operations, support our amazing staff and volunteers, and help coordinate care for our patients.
