Organization Overview
AdventHealth Community Medicine Clinic is a free clinic that treats the underserved uninsured population that meet the 300% poverty guidelines.
We are dedicated to serve patients with asthma, COPD, diabetes, heart failure, high blood pressure, bronchitis, pneumonia, mental health illnesses and many more.
Each patient receives a comprehensive medication review and assistance in enrolling for patient assistance programs to receive free medications. Pain management and treatment with controlled medications is not provided.
We refer to specialist within the community or AdventHealth as needed.
