FAFCC Midweek Memo - May 21

Posted By: Rebecca Delorenzo Association News,

Greetings FAFCC members,

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness continue to inspire us all.

We hope you have a meaningful and restorative long weekend with loved ones. Please note that our offices will be closed on Monday, May 26.

Thank you to everyone who joined our recent regional roundtables! It was inspiring to connect in person, share insights, and witness the incredible work our members are doing in their communities. Catch the recap and key takeaways from our time on the road in our latest blog post. Read more

Also in this Memo, you'll find:

GRANT DISBURSEMENTS
Funds from the Department of Health have been received, and the third disbursement for the State Funds Grant Program was processed earlier this week. You should receive notification from our bank through the Bill.com system. If you do not receive your payment by the end of the week, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For those who have not yet set up electronic payments in our new system, a paper check will be sent via USPS.

To avoid delays in future payments, we encourage you to contact us to learn more about setting up e-payments through our new portal.

UPDATE YOUR STAFF ROSTER
Last week, we reached out to request an update to your clinic’s staff roster and contact information. Keeping this information current helps us provide more personalized member benefits, share timely updates, and ensure your team has access to important members-only resources on the FAFCC website.

If you missed the email, the census is also available in the Member Compass after logging in. Please take a moment to complete it by June 10. (If all information is accurate as shown, simply select "No Changes" to submit.) A follow-up census will be sent after this deadline, to collect additional updates for our online directory. Thank you for helping us keep our member records up to date.
