ER DIVERSION DATA PROJECT - PARTICIPATION REMINDER
➡️ The updated FAFCC ER Diversion Data Project is now underway, and there’s still time for your clinic to sign up. Data collection will take place from now through June 30, 2026.

Broad participation is essential—every clinic that contributes strengthens our ability to demonstrate the collective impact of free and charitable clinics and advocate more effectively with legislators and funders.

Please complete the ER Diversion Data Project Participation Form if you’re able to join us this year. Your clinic’s data truly helps amplify our statewide story.

2026 MEMBERSHIP DUES UPDATE
FAFCC will implement the scheduled update to the tiered membership dues structure in 2026. This adjustment was approved by the Board in 2022 when the current tiered model launched in 2023. Renewal notices will be sent on January 1 and dues are payable by January 31. Clinics must be in good standing to remain eligible for grant disbursements, so please plan ahead for the renewal cycle. If your organization anticipates any challenges or needs additional support, contact Rebecca.

GRANT PAYMENT UPDATE
We are pleased to share that the Department of Health is expected to release the first-quarter State Funds Grant payment today. FAFCC will begin entering disbursements immediately upon receipt, and members should expect to see deposits by next week.

As a reminder, when we initiate payments in our system, you may receive an automatic email from Bank of America/Bill.com with a subject line such as “FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF FREE AND CHARITAB received your invoice.” While the wording may sound like you sent us an invoice or have a balance due, it’s just the system’s default way of documenting outgoing grant payments.

Once payments are scheduled, you will receive a second automated notice with the expected deposit date. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
