DATA THAT DRIVES FUNDING: ER DIVERSION RESULTS & ADVOCACY

UPDATE ON Q4 STATE FUNDS GRANT PAYMENTS
The Department of Health has informed us of a major, department-wide delay in processing fourth quarter payments. Unfortunately, no release timeline has been provided yet. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and share updates as soon as we receive them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2025-26 STATE FUNDS GRANT AWARDS
We’re pleased to share that award letters for the 2025-26 State Funds Grant Program are going out today! We are so grateful for the time and care put into your applications, and we look forward to another impactful year ahead. Please note that signed Grant Agreements are due by September 24.
