From expert technical experience and the treasure trove of shared documents, to capacity building funding and representation with the state legislature, the FAFCC staff provides full support to its members and ties us all together as a network of charitable organizations. The FAFCC is truly the best statewide nonprofit association with which I have had the pleasure to work, and it is because of the association that Florida leads the nation in free clinic mission activity." – Don Fann, The Way Free Medical Clinic A Full Voting Member is entitled to one vote on any matters brought forth to the membership, will be eligible to apply for grants managed by the association, and will transition to a tiered dues structure based on annual operating budget. All clinics interested in Certified Clinic membership status must first serve 12 months as Associate Clinic Members. Associate Clinic Members are organizations that meet the definition of a free and charitable clinic* and wish to access FAFCC's services and support.
This membership category is designed for clinics that may not yet meet all Full Membership Standards but are working toward eligibility—or simply value being part of an association that provides technical assistance, education, and advocacy.
Associate Clinic Members receive the same benefits as Full Clinic Members, except eligibility for grant funding.
