Current Responsibilities
Provide leadership, management and vision to ensure that the organization has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures in place to effectively grow and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Manage an annual operating budget of $4 million dollars.


Oversee and maintain all financial records, including reconciliation of clinic production, annual audits, receipts and accounts receivable.
Manage all grant contracts and fulfill all reporting obligations
Manage information technology systems, including computer network infrastructure and phone communications systems.
Evaluate organizational performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Lead 8 members Board of Directors to establish goals, strategies and standards for emerging innovative oral health education instruction and procedures.
Served as media and community spokesperson.
