LAUNCH OF FAFCC SALARY & COMPENSATION SURVEY - YOUR INPUT MATTERS!
We are excited to announce the launch of the FAFCC Salary & Compensation Survey starting May 1 and open through May 31. This survey is a key step in gathering valuable compensation and benefits data from our member clinics, helping us better understand trends in the free clinic and nonprofit sectors across Florida.
Why are we collecting this data?
By participating, you contribute to a collective resource that will provide actionable insights into clinic salaries, benefits, and best practices. This information will help us identify trends, inform policy, and support our clinics in improving operations and workforce management. The final results will be shared with all participants at no cost, helping you compare your clinic’s compensation structure with others in the network.
Confidentiality:
Rest assured, all individual responses will remain confidential. The data will only be reported in aggregate to protect the privacy of all participants.
