WHAT SUSTAINABLE FUNDRAISING LOOKS LIKE FOR FREE & CHARITABLE CLINICS
What does sustainable fundraising really look like for free and charitable clinics?

It’s not about chasing the next grant or running large campaigns. It’s about clarity, consistency, and aligning fundraising with real-world capacity.

In this week’s blog post, we break down what sustainable fundraising looks like in the free and charitable clinic context and how small, intentional choices can support long-term stability.

FAFCC RECEIVES FOUR-STAR RATING BY CHARITY NAVIGATOR
We are so proud of our team and our members that FAFCC has received Charity Navigator's highest rating: four stars for financial health, accountability, and transparency. This recognition reflects the rigorous standards we bring to our work supporting free and charitable clinics across the country. For clinics in our network, this designation reinforces that your accrediting body operates with the same integrity and stewardship we ask of you.
Thanks for all you do for your communities and our organization.

FAFCC'S STATE OF THE ASSOCIATION RECAP

Thank you to everyone who joined our January 30 State of the Association call. We shared updates on new tools to support clinics, including free access to an AI-powered medical interpreter and scribe, previewed the upcoming FAFCC Clinic Certification Program tied to membership, and reviewed legislative priorities for the current session.

We also discussed the ongoing importance of ER diversion data, challenges around specialty care access, and new fundraising and programming initiatives launching this year. Follow-up resources and next steps will be shared with members soon.

If you missed the call, a full recap is available on the FAFCC blog.

FEELING STRESSED? MINDFULNESS CAN HELP.
Hear from Marni Stahlman on how this simple practice can lower stress and help you stay present. Marni will take a deeper dive into stress management during next week’s Learning Lab.

Be sure to share the registration details with your staff and team—so we can all build healthier lives at work and at home.
