2025-26 GRANT CYCLE IS NOW LIVE!
The State Funds and Dental & Behavioral Health Expansion Grant Programs have officially launched, and Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs) are now posted on our website at www.fafcc.org/grant-programs. Applications are also open in the Salesforce Grant Portal.
Before submitting your proposal, join us for an informative webinar tomorrow to help you prepare. We’ll review key policies and parameters outlined in the NOFAs and walk through the updated application process in the portal—highlighting what’s new for the 2025–26 cycle.

ER DIVERSION DATA COLLECTION UPDATE
Thank you to everyone who participated in FAFCC’s ER Diversion data collection project. Collectors are being closed so we can begin reviewing results and preparing a summary of the project’s impact. A new and improved survey will launch in October. To help us strengthen future efforts, we invite feedback from all members—both those who submitted data and those who did not. 2025 DIRECTORY CENSUS NOW OPEN
All FAFCC members should have received an email requesting a review of your organization’s member profile. This annual Directory Census helps ensure accurate listings in our public-facing clinic directory and keeps our records up to date.
You can also access and complete your Directory Census anytime through your Member Compass on the FAFCC website. Please complete your review by July 30, 2025.
